Classes are held at Morphett Vale Community Centre on Saturdays from 11:00am - 1:00pm and lesson fees are $180 per term.

Age Group: 7-11years 

Extending the formation of Calisthenics Skills and perfecting the ability to compete competitively. 

Competitors will learn:

• Performing with apparatus and Pupil skills
• Six core routines: Marching, Exercises, Clubs, Rods, Aesthetics, and 'Fancy' Dance.

Routines are choreographed to music and performed on stage in costume. 

The team will perform at a Non-competitive CASA demonstration held at the Royalty Theatre in May, and the CASA State Championships held at the Royalty Theatre in August
