Happy Valley Calisthenics Club is a unique, small, family oriented club, owned and operated by the same family for nearly 40 years, therefore providing all club members with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Calisthenics combines multiple aspects from dance (jazz, ballet), gymnastics, singing, acting, marching, apparatus,all in the one convienient class 

Originally operated by Miss Tina, with her mother, Nanny Norma as seamstress, Tina's Daughter, Miss Emma-Kate now undertakes Principle Coach duties. The club delibrately keeps numbers limited, to ensure all club members get maximum attention and enjoyment from classes, concerts and competitions. This leads to the club members gaining confidence in their abilities, skills and themselves very quickly. 

Although the club is competitive,and do achieve exceptional results, the main focus is the enjoyment of the sport of Calisthenics. Club Members are treated like family, with older club members regularly given opportunities to lead and assist younger club members. In addition to the team work that everyone is involved with, there is also the opportunity to sit skills exams and enter Solo, Duo or Graceful Girl Competitions.

There is NO requirement for parents to do any form of sewing or decorating of costumes, no need to purchase expensive accessories (shoes, clubs, rods) or even do complicated stage make up for competitions, the club does this all for you!.
